What a joy to show you the progress we have made at the Youth Camp property. It was summer of 2022 when we were presented with an opportunity to buy a small resort on 8 beautiful acres. Through the generosity of our partners, we bought the property outright…debt free! We have made massive improvements to the infrastructure; roads, privacy walls, commercial electric, drilled wells, water storage and filtration systems, sports field, safety fence around the pond and our latest upgrade… Meeting Room, Commercial Kitchen with Dining Hall and Toilets & Showers. All paid for…debt free!
The Next Big Step… Dorm facilities to house 120 children and overseeing staff. This will round out the facility allowing us to comfortably host events.
Possibly the Greatest Soul Winning Venture Ever For Us… We will be rolling out a simple discipleship program for children and youth. It’s an easy to use, proven effective system to introduce children and youth to Jesus and the Word of God. The Mailbox Club is used in over 80 nations with over 4 million children currently enrolled. Results have been multiple millions of children coming to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The international program does not use the postal system, but rather establishes discipleship groups in churches, clubs and schools.
Relationship With Over 1000 Churches … The fruit of our 39 years of ministry in Thailand. Over 270 churches built and relationship with well over 1000 churches. The “weak spot” of most churches in Thailand and surrounding nations is the children’s programs. We’re going to change that!
Can You Help Us Reach the Children and Youth … The discipleship programs will take place at the churches and schools. The big events and youth retreats will be hosted at our Youth Camp property. We need dormitories for the boys and the girls. Our goal is to build two dorms that will house up to 120 children. In the future we will need two more dorms, but the first two will get us up and running.
The Nitty Gritty … Each dormitory will be 2618 sq/ft (238 sq/m). Cost of each building is $89,000. That is only $34/sq/ft. We basically subcontract our own work. We choose all building materials to ensure we have quality and we hire qualified, reputable builders that have worked with us in the past. Results are quality buildings that will last for many decades of fruitful ministry.
